The recommended browsers are Firefox or google chrome
Does one IP address point to one website or is it different IP address for different website? Paying the server vendors on an agreed period of time, how does one cover the expenses, I mean won’t it be too expensive for the person?

Ocean WP has a lot of extra plugins that comes with it. However, it is not compulsory that you install it all.
Ocean Extra however is a very useful plugin. Go to plugin and search for ocean extra. You can install it and all other Ocean Wp related plugins you wish.
As regard your C panel access issue,
contact your host company to tell you how to access your C panel.

the disk space and computing power available to you will differ
also the number of databases you can create
the number of parked domains you can add
the number of subdomains you can have as well

it depends on the network configuration
in some advance settings…
it is possible for more than one domain to point to the same IP
and Server cost is not expensive
you can get it as low as 500naira monthly

Activating two plugins, does it work together or when one is activated the other one deactivates?
you can activate multiple plugins together
although you have to be careful
there are some plugins that are not compatible together and may crash your site
the envato does not install on my laptop, what do i do?
it says ”installation failed”
That is because you are on localhost…. envato does not really work on localhost
